Live Strong! (every weds)

Hope you guys all had a good day... mine was gruesome! (yikes!) I took on a 21 mile ride in hollywood... sponsored by nike, and undftd. It was raising $$ for cancer as well as celebrating Lance Armstrong!!! Started and Ended at sunset and Vine... where there was FOOD AND FREE BEER! (YEEESSS!) But it was the inbetween that counted...

Big Hills, Bad Drivers... and COPS! ... yea ... we got stopped by the boys... (about 15 of us) but they only gave ONE guy a ticket(he was being an ass hole)...

when we made it back... my legs were noodles... *sigh... but whatever... it was dope...and you should break out your bike...and join us next week... dont worry... Il remind you!
